Nexum is an AI-powered travel platform designed to help you discover, plan, organize, share, and manage journeys and travel-related information.

Where payments or bookings are processed by third-party travel providers or payment processors, those providers may collect payment information directly. Nexum does not need to store your full payment-card details unless specifically disclosed to you.

3. Artificial Intelligence

Nexum uses artificial intelligence and third-party AI technologies to provide certain features. Information you submit may be processed by AI service providers when necessary to provide those features.

AI-generated information may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Important travel information—including prices, availability, schedules, entry requirements, weather conditions, and reservation details—should be verified with the relevant provider or authority.

• Service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, maintain, and operate Nexum;
• AI technology providers that help provide AI-powered features;
• Travel and booking partners when necessary to search for, facilitate, or complete a travel transaction you request;

When you intentionally share a trip, itinerary, comment, recommendation, or other content with another person, that information may be visible to the people you choose to share it with.

5. Third-Party Travel Services

Nexum may display information or provide links relating to airlines, hotels, rental cars, restaurants, activities, booking platforms, and other third-party services.

Those businesses operate independently from Nexum. Information you provide directly to them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information.

You may also:

• update certain account information through Nexum;
• disconnect connected third-party accounts;
• manage device permissions such as location access;
• unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided; and
• request deletion of your account.
